Wheel Alignment & Balancing
Differences, service frequency, diagnostic reports, and warning signs
- Wheel Alignment: Adjusts suspension angles (camber, caster, and toe) so that the wheels meet the road at the exact manufacturer angle. It fixes vehicle pulling to one side and stops uneven tyre tread wear.
- Wheel Balancing: Balances weight distribution across the tyre and wheel rim using precision counterweights. It cures steering wheel shake and body vibration at highway speeds (60–100 km/h).
- Your car pulls or drifts to the left or right when letting go of the steering wheel on a straight road.
- The steering wheel sits crooked or off-center while driving straight.
- Tread is wearing rapidly or unevenly on the inner or outer shoulders of your front tyres.
- You hear tyre squealing on smooth tarmac while taking slow, sharp turns.
- Your fuel consumption has noticeably increased due to rolling resistance.
Puncture Repair & Roadside Assistance
Vulcanized tubeless repairs, sidewall damage limits, and 20km mobile coverage
- Standard Vulcanized Strip Repair: Fast, 15-minute on-wheel external plug repair for minor screw and nail punctures in the tread crown.
- Internal Mushroom Combo Patch (Cold Vulcanization): The tyre is dismounted from the rim, buffed from the inside, and a chemical vulcanized patch-plug unit is sealed in place. This fills the puncture channel completely, shielding internal radial steel belts from water infiltration and rust.
- Do not brake harshly: Keep both hands firm on the steering wheel and gently ease off the accelerator pedal.
- Maneuver to safety: Signal and steer carefully toward the left highway shoulder or a well-lit service bay.
- Hazard Lights: Turn on your vehicle's double hazard flashers immediately.
- Do not roll on a rim: Driving on a zero-pressure flat tyre pinches the sidewall against the metal rim, shredding the tyre carcass beyond repair.

Used & Remoulded (Retread) Tyres
5-point safety testing, CPKM fleet savings, and vehicle recommendations
- Tread Depth: Verified minimum 3.0mm to 5.5mm usable remaining tread.
- Sidewall Integrity: Zero impact bulges, cuts, or weathering fissures.
- Bead Seating: Factory-intact rubber bead ensuring air-tight rim seal.
- Belt Alignment: Zero internal radial belt separation or distortion.
- Pressure Testing: Inflatable chamber test up to 45 PSI to verify internal casing strength.
- Used Tyres: Original factory tyres previously run on other vehicles that still retain 50% to 75% of their initial tread depth without retreading.
- Remoulded (Retreaded) Tyres: A structurally sound premium commercial tyre casing (such as MRF or Apollo truck radial) whose original tread was worn down, precision-buffed, and fused with a brand-new factory-grade precured tread strip in a high-temperature vulcanizing chamber.
Commercial Fleets & Heavy Vehicles
Multi-axle truck bays, GIDC corporate contracts, and nitrogen inflation
- Commercial Trucks: 10-wheeler, 12-wheeler, 16-wheeler trucks, and tippers (10.00-20, 11.00-20, 295/80 R22.5, 295/90 R20).
- Passenger Coaches: Intercity luxury buses and factory staff shuttles.
- LCVs & Pickups: Tata Ace, Bolero Maxi Truck, Ashok Leyland Dost (145 R12 LT, 7.00-15, 7.50-16).
- Industrial & Construction: Hydra mobile cranes, cleanroom forklift solid tyres, and JCB 3DX earthmover backhoe tyres.
- Scheduled quarterly tyre rotations and computerized alignment audits.
- Nitrogen top-up and tyre pressure logging to optimize fleet diesel mileage.
- Priority emergency roadside puncture rescue within 20km.
- Bulk commercial discounts on MRF, CEAT, and Apollo radial truck tyres.
- Consolidated monthly GST invoices and digital service logs.
- Runs Cooler: Nitrogen does not carry moisture, keeping tyre running temperatures lower during high-speed summer highway trips on NH 48.
- Consistent Pressure: Nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen, permeating through rubber at a much slower rate. You only need to top up every 2 to 3 months.
- Rim Protection: Eliminates internal wheel rim oxidation and moisture corrosion on alloy and steel rims.
- Available at Sahara Tyre: Instant high-purity nitrogen filling available for cars, bikes, and commercial trucks.
