handshake 1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sahara Tyre GIDC Vapi ("Sahara Tyre", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website (https://sahara-tyre.vercel.app/) as well as the automotive services, tyre installations, and maintenance performed at our physical workshop in Vapi GIDC, Gujarat.
By visiting our website, contacting us, or requesting services at our workshop, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
storefront 2. Scope of Physical Workshop Services (No Online E-Commerce)
Sahara Tyre operates as an in-person automotive service center and physical tyre retailer.
- No Online Checkout: Our website does not facilitate online payments, ecommerce checkouts, or parcel delivery of tyres. All tyre sales, fitting, alignment, and puncture repairs take place on-site at our workshop.
- Service Offerings: We specialize in 3D laser wheel alignment, dynamic computerized wheel balancing, tubeless puncture repairs, nitrogen inflation, brake/suspension inspection, brand-new radial tyres (MRF, CEAT, Apollo, Bridgestone, Michelin), tested used tyres, and GIDC fleet maintenance.
- Walk-ins Welcome: We operate on a walk-in friendly basis 7 days a week (Mon–Sat 7:30 AM–9:00 PM, Sun 7:30 AM–6:00 PM). Appointments via WhatsApp or phone are optional for prioritizing queue times.
payments 3. Pricing, Estimates & Payments
We are committed to honest, transparent pricing with zero hidden surcharges:
- Quotations: Any pricing quotes provided over phone, WhatsApp, or website information are honest estimations based on stated tyre specifications and vehicle requirements. Final billing occurs at the workshop after physical vehicle inspection.
- Payment Methods: Workshop services and tyre purchases can be settled via Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), or debit/credit cards at our billing counter upon completion of work.
- Taxes & Invoicing: Standard GST invoices are issued upon request for personal vehicles and commercial fleet accounts.
verified 4. Warranties & Quality Guarantees
A. New Tyres (MRF, CEAT, Apollo, Bridgestone, Michelin)
Brand-new radial tyres carry standard manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects in accordance with each brand's official warranty terms and replacement policy.
B. Tested Used & Remolded Tyres
All pre-owned tyres undergo a strict 5-point safety inspection (bead integrity, sidewall health, tread depth, puncture integrity, casing structure) and include our local satisfaction warranty. If an issue arises post-fitment, our team inspects and resolves it immediately.
C. Alignment & Balancing Work
Computerized alignment and dynamic balancing are calibrated to precision specifications. If minor steering pull persists within 7 days of alignment due to suspension settling, we offer free re-check and recalibration.
safety_check 5. Workshop Safety & Customer Obligations
To ensure a safe environment for all customers and mechanics:
- Customers must remain in designated waiting areas while vehicles are mounted on hydraulic lifts or wheel alignment bays.
- Customers are requested to disclose any existing mechanical or suspension defects prior to tyre fitting or high-speed wheel balancing.
- Please remove valuable personal belongings from vehicles prior to leaving them for extended maintenance.
emergency 6. Emergency Assistance & Fleet Service Agreements
Emergency puncture support and roadside assistance are subject to technician availability, road conditions, and geographical range within Vapi GIDC and nearby industrial zones. Fleet corporate contracts are governed by individual written memorandums and customized SLA schedules.
balance 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of website usage or workshop services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vapi / Valsad District, Gujarat.
